We offer zero data retention, but not in the truest sense of the phrase. Abuse may be recorded for law enforcement, and that record is an exception to ZDR.

What we don't keep

Prompts and outputs aren't stored after the response is returned. They aren't used for training and aren't sold.

What we keep

  • What you tell us by email: name, address, and the work you described.
  • Request metadata: timestamp, model, and token counts only. This metadata contains no prompt or response content.
  • Flagged requests, as described above.

How flagging works

Abuse may be logged and reviewed. Sexual content involving minors is the only blocked category. Read Safety for the details.

When ZDR doesn't apply

  • A request is flagged as abuse.
  • We receive valid legal process.

CSAM reports and evidence are kept sealed and encrypted, filed with NCMEC, and preserved as the law requires. They are exempt from the 90-day purge, which covers only ordinary flagged-abuse data.

Who can see flagged data

belweave, and law enforcement when we file a report. We use no third-party scanning or storage vendor. Scanning is done by our own systems.
