The model has no output filter. Abuse may be logged and reviewed. Sexual content involving minors is the only blocked category.

The model

Its refusals were removed from the weights. It handles software and engineering work, including legitimate offensive security work.

Abuse review

Abuse may be recorded and reviewed without changing your response. Flagged content may be kept and shared with law enforcement.

What's blocked

Sexual content involving minors, and nothing else. What happens next is set out in Acceptable use.

What's never filtered

Software and engineering work is never filtered. That includes exploit development, malware analysis, and other offensive security work for legitimate purposes. These requests may be flagged in a log. A flag doesn't change your response and doesn't, on its own, put your key at risk.

Your data

Flagged content may be kept and shared with law enforcement. This is the exception described in Data retention.

CSAM reports and evidence are kept sealed and encrypted, filed with NCMEC, and preserved as the law requires. They are exempt from the 90-day purge, which covers only ordinary flagged-abuse data.

Why it's built this way

An open model stays available only if it can't be abused freely. Logging abuse and blocking one category keeps it open for the people it's meant for.
